Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Upload your own source to try 10 lifetime AI minutes, 1 lifetime source and 1 lifetime export. The trial does not renew or automatically become a paid subscription.
What counts as an AI minute?
AI minutes measure the source sections submitted for analysis. Auto analyzes bounded windows; it does not analyze the entire long VOD. Reanalyzing content also consumes minutes. Check the estimate before you start.
Does browsing Creator Search use AI minutes?
No. Searching, browsing creators, opening a source and choosing windows do not use AI minutes. Actual analysis does. Creator Search is included in paid plans; the free trial starts with an upload.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Manage your subscription from Billing. Cancel renewal and retain access until the paid period ends. Same-interval upgrades take effect after Stripe confirms the change and may create a prorated invoice. Downgrades and monthly/annual switches are scheduled for period end.
Do paid limits reset monthly, including on annual plans?
Yes. AI minutes, sources and exports reset monthly on your subscription usage cycle. Annual plans are paid once per year, with monthly usage allowances. Free Trial limits are lifetime limits.
Can I export in 1080p?
Yes, where the source supports it. The available export quality depends on the acquired source; a lower-resolution source does not become genuine 1080p detail.
How many clips does an analysis return?
Quick Auto targets 5 ranked candidates and Balanced targets 8. Manual targets 5–10 depending on analysis length. Usable results depend on the content and may be fewer. Candidates are opportunities to review, not guaranteed successful exports.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Zerpd blocks work that exceeds your remaining allowance. Choose a smaller analysis where possible, wait for your paid monthly reset, or upgrade. There is no automatic pay-as-you-go overage charge.
Which content can I use?
Upload content you own or have permission to use. Paid plans also support available Creator Search sources and supported link imports. Availability and source quality can vary. Max does not require a 60-minute analysis: you choose within your allowance.
What is the difference between Personal and Business?
This selects your billing and tax classification. Product features and plan allowances are the same. Stripe shows the final checkout total and applicable tax before you pay.
